Meet The Team

This is the best job ever. The team here is so talented and hardworking, it makes me proud every day. I never had the intention of going into the visual marketing field. I grew up in western KY and southern IN. During this time, my work consisted of customer service oriented duties. My education in the biology field had me directed toward an environmental based occupation. After a relocation to middle TN, I found management training and myself back in the customer service field. Looking to take control of my own life, I realized “being my own boss” was the answer. With the help of family and friends, the “sign business” seemed like the answer. A Signs Now franchise was purchased in 2006 and then the purchase of Hawkeye Signmakers and its makeover was next. The “shop” was located in Hendersonville and it was moved into a new location, with new equipment. This business is ever changing, and new experiences are always present. One of these was the acquisition of Nashville Signs in 2014. The combination of these two companies is phenomenal. It expanded the services that can now be offered. This combination needed a new “name” that would represent all of this experience. In 2015, we became Image360/Hendersonville. We have worked hard to continue the evolution as the area leader in signage and graphic solutions. I currently live in Sumner County- Gallatin, with my wife-Margaret and my son-Easton. We are invested in the community and absolutely adore the Middle TN area. I am so thankful for all my blessings, my family, my team, the community and the support of great customers-existing and future.

Jonathan Snorten was born February 2, 1977 in Springfield, Tennessee. Growing up aspiring to be an artist he graduated from Springfield High School in 1995 and went on to Graduate from Nossi College of Art with a Commercial Arts Degree. Jonathan later in life worked with friends who introduced him to Brian Thomas who was looking for a graphic designer to work in his new business. Once things came together about a year later Jonathan excepted the offer and became graphic designer for Signs Now. About 7 years later Jonathan ventured off to start his own photography business and after great growth he decided that he was capable of doing more than one thing at a time. Two years later owner Brian Thomas came back with another offer for Jonathan to come work as his CSR for the company. Jonathan again accepted the offer and is now the current CSR for Image360.

Dylan was born and raised in Pleasant View, TN. He has 10 years of experience in the Retail Grocery Industry. Dylan joined the SignsNow team 4 years ago and brings an array of insight to Sign Production and the execution of the final product. When it comes to vehicle wraps Dylan is your man.

Ben was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Ben has 10 years of experience in the medical industry. Ben came to Nashville Sign in 1999 and transition to Signs Now in May of 2014. His extensive knowledge in the installation process goes beyond expectation. His customer relationships are ones built with appreciation and valued performance.

Shaw was born and raised in Gallatin, TN. He grew up learning a trade in a machine shop, making him A mechanical expert from years of experience. He continues to master his techniques in sign fabrication and installation. Shaw’s problem solving skills are one of his best attributes. His can do ability is Contagious.

Holly was born and raised in Hendersonville, TN. Holly has 2 daughters that live in other states and 4 Grandchildren. Holly’s previous career track was Long Term Health Care, with over 25 years in the accounting field, from Director of Accounts Receivable, to Field Accountant and Software implementation. Holly was also transitioned from Nashville Sign Company as bookkeeper for SignsNow in May 2014. She has a detective like skill to take that next step in resolving any problems set before her. Permitting, Customer Service. Holly’s range of knowledge excesses more than bookkeeping.

Schyler, known simply as "Scoot" to his friends, family, and co-workers, is an East-Nashville native who entered in to the wide world of sign-making in 2003. He considers himself a true student of the trade and is well practiced in the many aspects of sign history and production. Scoot has worked for several area sign shops over the past decade giving him a unique knowledge of the skills and methods involved in modern sign production. A master of vinyl application, vehicle lettering, wrap techniques, general sign building and installation practices, and even the nearly lost art of hand lettering and painting, he can take on any project from concept to completion with strict confidence and fortitude. He considers himself a true "signman" and displays not just love, but a true passion for this profession.

For the past several years, I have gained substantial work experience. Such experiences as an upper-level manager and assistant director have allowed me to develop necessary skills to excel in the work force. My most notable responsibilities include acting liaison between the corporate branch manager and all clients, creating and updating Site Standard Operating Procedures, implementation of training for all USSA programs, managing client contract compliance, coordinating all client meetings, administering all drug tests, and maintaining uniform inventory. In addition, I have been in charge of creating graphic designs for vehicle wraps, research and product development for a major advertising distributor, and coordinating all potential business for local companies. I have trained employees for CPR/AED, Blood Borne Pathogens and CT-PAT as well. Furthermore, my experience over the past several years has provided me with the opportunity to gain knowledge of various computer software programs. My software expertise includes a mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress, Corel Draw, Microsoft Word and Excel, Command Work Station and Versa Works. I also have over ten years of experience with large format printer such as Roland and Xerox. Through my freelance work I have designed promotional posters for local theater companies. I have also illustrated murals for local churches and illustrated characters for a graphic novel. Recently, I authored, illustrated and published my first children’s book.

Dave was the previous owner of Hawkeye Signs. Hawkeye Signs was bought by Brian Thomas to Transition into SignsNow #450. Dave has been working in the sign industry since 1980 when his father-in-law decided he would need a way to support his daughter and taught him the family business. Dave has had an interest in most aspects of sign-making and has worked in screen printed signs, redwood and stone sandblasted signs, CNC routed signs, electric signs faces, and of course vinyl lettering and graphics. Dave brings a magnitude of knowledge and community involvement.

Cam was born and raised in Nashville. A Graduate of Glencliff High School Class of 71. Cam started his Career with the World Famous Gibson Guitar Company. Cam is married and has 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. Cam was one of the Founding Partners of Nashville Sign Company in 1995. His experience in the sign industry surpasses industry standards. He has a loyal customer base and his customer service is one of his finer qualities. If Cam is not working you can find him on the Golf Course… Fore !!!!!!!!
